Shipping Time

Standard processing times range from 1-3 business days and standard shipping times range from 3-5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) depending on the geographical location. Our goal is to process your order as quickly as possible! Due to shipping volume and holidays your order make take up to 2 weeks to be delivered to you. Most orders placed by 11:00 AM PST will ship the same day. Please note that orders placed on Friday after 11:00 AM PST will not ship until the next business day.

Estimated delivery dates are estimates only and are subject to change due to weather conditions, holidays, unforeseen circumstances and pandemic related delays.

Estimated delivery times do not apply to orders shipping to Military addresses, PO Boxes, Hawaii, Alaska or outside of the United States and Canada.

A tracking number will be emailed to you when your order ships. This tracking number will allow you to check on the delivery status of your order.

Shipping Fees

LALO LLC charges a fee based on the geographic region for ground shipping and handling. Please note that we ship to PO, FPO and APO boxes via USPS. Ensure that you provide complete information needed to deliver to such addresses. For oversized items, heavy items or items valued at $600.00 or more, additional fees may apply. These fees will be indicated during check out prior to your transaction being completed.
